Faraj, a bright and curious 16-year-old boy in Form Two at Kambangwa Secondary School, used to find learning outside the classroom an uphill battle. Living in a modest household with limited access to after-school support, understanding complex subjects especially mathematics was a daily challenge.

But Faraj’s determination to succeed in his studies never faded. He longed for a way to continue learning at home, to ask questions and truly understand what he was taught in school. That opportunity came when he discovered Teacher Kidevu on the Shule Direct platform.
“At first, I just tried it out,” Faraj recalls. “But now, chatting with Teacher Kidevu is the first thing I do when I get home especially when I am revising for my weekly tests on Friday.”
What began as a simple trial soon turned into a daily habit that transformed his study routine. Through Teacher Kidevu, Faraj could ask questions from various subjects especially mathematics and receive instant, clear and personalized explanations tailored to his needs.
“What I love most is that Teacher Kidevu doesn’t just give me the answer, it also shows me where to find the topic in the notes section so I can learn more on my own,” it shares with a smile.
With this new learning companion always available, Faraj has grown more confident in his academic journey. His understanding of mathematics has significantly improved, and he has begun to apply better study habits across other subjects too.
